Police identify man with much information about incidents near the White House

U.S. Park Police say Saturday night they had identified a man they thought

Sgt. David Schlosser, a police spokesman said investigators now, thinking only one car involved in the incident Friday night that gave rise to reports that shots had been fired the Constitution Avenue south of the White House.

Park police were Saturday more careful in discussing possible motives for the shot.

Friday night, giving an indication that they are not then think that the White House was the target of any of the images that were dismissed.

But Saturday night, said researchers hope to Schlosser completed their probe the issue before making any final determination.
