If you go to China, Jesus is portrayed as a Chinese person; you go to parts of Africa, Jesus is portrayed as an African person; you go to Mexico, there are images of Jesus looking more Latino and Mexican. Black Americans are the only race of people on the planet that worship a Jesus outside of our own image.
The tough border security message is carried mostly by Democrats in the South and the Midwest, where a surge of Hispanic immigration is transforming small towns and cities. In such communities, some candidates are deriding legalization as amnesty, proclaiming border security as their priority or criticizing Republican challengers as failing to stem the tide of illegal immigration.

Once the fence system was built, the present numbers of Border Patrol Agents could be effectively employed watching the very finite fence for breaches. Today, they are in the hapless position of playing “Keystone Kops,” running around 100,000 square miles of desert, looking for thousands of invaders who simply walked into the country and disappeared into the scrub lands.
